Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love what you buy. If you're not fully satisfied, here's how returns and refunds work. These terms are in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Return window

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Condition

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with any tags attached. Some items can't be returned for hygiene or safety reasons — including earrings, intimate items, perishable goods, personalised/custom items, and final-sale items. These are marked on the product page.

How to start a return

Email baileynewman023@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We'll send return instructions and the return address. Please don't ship items back before contacting us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear.

Return shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we cover return shipping and replace or refund it in full.

Damaged, faulty, or wrong items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right at no cost to you. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including for major failures.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Non-returnable / final sale

Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned or refunded except where required by law.
