Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with ELORA. This policy explains how and when your order will be delivered. All prices and shipping are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping rates and delivery times

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia. Estimated delivery is 10 to 25 business days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as some items are shipped directly from our suppliers.

Estimated delivery: 10 to 25 business days after dispatch

Order tracking

Where tracking is available, a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow a few days for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Delays

Occasionally delivery may take longer than expected due to customs processing, courier delays, weather, peak periods or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will help track it down.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we will try to update it before dispatch.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (for damage). We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
