Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping rates and free shipping
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order size. Orders over $100 AUD ship free. Orders under $100 have a flat shipping rate shown at checkout before payment.
Delivery estimates
Standard: 3–7 business days. Expedited: 2–3 business days (where available). Delivery times are estimates and begin after processing. We're not responsible for carrier delays, but we'll always help you track a package.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
International shipping
We currently ship within Australia. If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged on delivery.
